  • Are you the factory or wholesale?

    We are the manufacturer. We have our own factory. If we are not good at making fabric as you need, we will ask other factory for help then we become a "wholesale".

  • Would I need to pay more if my order is minimum order quantity?

    The price is always the same between 1000 meters and 10000 meters.

  • Why your price are lower/ higher than other factory?

    We are the manufacturer, so a lower price is normal; if higher, you can compare the quality & materials with the lower.

  • Is it possible to know how is my product going on without visiting your company?

    We can offer you a detailed product schedule and send weekly reports with digital pictures or videos which show the producing progress.

  • Where is your nearest export port?

    Shanghai port, about 1 hour far away from our company.

  • What is your delivery time?

    For sample: 2-5 days. For bulk order: 3-25days (depending on order specification and quantity).

  • What about payment terms ?

    T/T(a: 30% down payment and 70% balance payment before shipment, b: 100% T/T), L/C at sight, Alipay, WeChat pay. The priority is trade assurance by alibaba.com. Other payment terms are waiting to be allowed.

  • Is it all right to make customer's own brand name?

    Sure. We warmly welcome the OEM clients. We can discuss the package, design, etc.

  • How to confirm the quality before starting to produce?

    It is the way if you send us a sample, so we can according to your sample and gives you a counter sample to check the quality, also we will quote a price for you to check the cost. After confirming all of this, you can contact me for an order.

  • Do you have free samples to send to us?

    The small number of samples are free, you only need to pay for the shipping cost. If you need many samples, could you pay the sample fee+shipping cost? Or customized size or large quantity of samples should be charged.

  • When can I get the price?

    Usually, we quote within 12 hours after we get your inquiry. If you urgently want the price, please call us or tell us in your email so we can quote your price as soon as possible.

  • What is your MOQ?

    For fabric, the MOQ is 1000M;For TPU film/membrane, 300 KGS for clear/white color of low breathable TPU film;500 KGS for colorful low breathable TPU film;5000 meters for clear/white color of medium and high breathable TPU film;10000 meters for colorful medium and high breathable TPU film;Sample can be a small quantity to meet various needing.
